1 General Terms

af999 is an online entertainment and betting platform operating in the Bangladesh market. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, promotions, and website-related matters of af999. These Terms form a legal agreement between af999 and the user of the platform ("you" or "member").

The platform is accessible via the internet and includes cricket betting, football betting, kabaddi betting, badminton betting, online slot games, live casino, and other gaming services. af999 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register with af999, you must provide accurate personal information and complete the required verification process. Once registration is complete, you will receive a username and password that you can use to log in.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify our support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, home address, email, or device. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of af999's rules and may result in all accounts being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited.

• Registering with false or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.
• Registering under a third party's identity is prohibited.
• An account may not be transferred to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at af999 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). You can deposit funds into your account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• A betting turnover of at least the deposited amount must be completed (for principal deposits, excluding bonuses).
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• af999 may request additional identity verification documents if needed.

4.3 Transaction Policy

af999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any irregular or suspicious transactions. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, all transactions on the relevant account may be cancelled. All transactions are recorded according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and can start playing with a total of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = after completing a total of ৳25,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• If af999 determines that a bonus has been abused, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Participation in bonus activities is entirely optional.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet is confirmed on af999, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a lost internet connection or any other technical issue, the relevant funds will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sporting events including cricket, football, kabaddi, and badminton. Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Casino Games

The af999 casino section features slots, live casino, table games, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are fully fair and verifiable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the af999 platform:

• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Gaining advantages by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using af999 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bypassing the verification process by providing false information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, af999 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all deposited and won funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by af999

af999 may temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (12 months or more).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You should withdraw your balance before closing your account. If you wish to voluntarily close your account for responsible gaming reasons, our support team will assist you.
